May 30 Speight's Coast to Coast 2011 documentary at Art House cinema, 8pm. Superb coverage of the kayaking & mountain running sections. The South Island at it's best. The release note says "Please be early and tell your mates they can't reserve a seat, it's first in first served and there is no admission fee!" June 18/19 Overnighter at KOPAC Lodge, with the infamous KOPAC caterers. Another attempt to locate the source of Cold Creek on Sunday.
June 26 Club fundraiser. Tree planting at Adamsons farm. Len has 1000 trees which he is willing to pay us to plant. Wear good boots and bring a spade for a 9.30 start, lunch provided. Contact Len 06 7638365
July 2/3 Club trip to Rotorua. Ostensibly to MTB the wonderful trails of the Whakarewarewa Forest, but also... walking in the forest, luge, zorbing (with optional vomit included), other activities as they can be sourced.
